Development of hybrid training in VET

Development of hybrid training in VET

Project Description

THE AIM of this project is to introduce and develop hybrid simulation training—a method that has been tried and tested and is widely used in higher education (particularly in medical studies)—within VET. It is medical studies that demonstrate that this teaching method can be successfully applied not only to soft skills but also to technical skills among students.

Objectives

Implementation

The implementation of the HybVet project focuses on integrating hybrid and digital learning methodologies into vocational education and training, supported by technological tools and innovative pedagogical approaches developed by Inercia Digital. This phase involves the design of training pathways that combine face-to-face and online learning, the adaptation of digital content to the vocational education and training environment, and the training of teachers in the use of these resources to improve teaching and student learning. Furthermore, the implementation includes the roll-out of training platforms and materials developed within Erasmus+ projects, which enable the testing and fine-tuning of hybrid models in VET centres across different countries, ensuring replicability and sustainability beyond the specific project.

Expected Results
