Center of Excellence in Vocational Training in Digital Skills and Artificial Intelligence

Inercia Digital is a Centre of Excellence in Vocational Training specialising in training and innovation in digital skills at an international level.

At Inercia Digital, we offer online, face-to-face and blended learning in digital and entrepreneurial skills, Vocational Training for Employment (FPE), bespoke training courses for businesses, and training in robotics, 3D printing and drone piloting, amongst other areas.

We are accredited by the Regional Government of Andalusia as a Training Centre for the delivery of training courses leading to, and not leading to, vocational qualifications, as listed in the Register of Vocational Training Centres and Organisations. Our Inercia Digital Training and Innovation Centre is registered under code 66183 and operates under the name LABID.

Since our inception, we have taken part in over 130 European educational innovation projects under various programmes, such as the Lifelong Learning Programme and the Erasmus+ programme, gaining extensive experience in the process. This has led to a significant expansion of our network, which now includes over 700 partners across Europe.

By implementing an Integrated Management System based on the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015 standards, we aim to achieve continuous improvement in the quality of our services and the performance of our organisation’s activities, whilst minimising their environmental impact.

To this end, the following guidelines are considered the cornerstone of this Policy and the fundamental pillars of the organisation for achieving continuous improvement in the effectiveness of this management system; they will serve as the basis for setting our annual objectives:

✔ To ensure user satisfaction by always treating them with respect and through a continuous commitment to providing a service that meets their requirements and our commitments to continuous improvement.

✔ Comply with the legal requirements that apply to it, as well as with any requirements to which the organisation subscribes, whilst continuously assessing such compliance across all its areas of activity.

✔ Prevent pollution and make rational and efficient use of the natural resources required to carry out our activities.

✔ To continuously improve the quality of our training services by setting objectives and targets to achieve this.

✔ To continuously improve the competitiveness of our services by involving our users at every stage and constantly adapting our developments to their needs, whilst striving to foster sound management practices amongst our users through our services. Improving competitiveness will also lead to better results and, consequently, to a larger and better-qualified pool of end-users.

✔ Ensure that our resources—both technological and, above all, our staff—are continuously and constantly updated, by promoting policies of ongoing professional development that enable them to advance their knowledge in step with the pace of our sector.

This Policy will be reviewed annually by management to ensure it remains up to date, along with the company’s objectives and targets, and will be communicated to all staff within the organisation; it will also be made available to the public upon request from any interested party.
