Project Description
CAMRAS is a European project under the Erasmus+ programme, with the main objective of increasing the capacity of workers in the agricultural and rural sector. The project focuses on strengthening the skills of professionals and workers in rural environments, adapting them to new economic and social challenges through training and the exchange of experiences.
Objectives
- Increase the capacities and competences of workers in the rural and agricultural sector.
- Promote the professional development and employability of rural workers in a European context.
- Foster the transfer of knowledge and good practices among partner organisations from different countries.
- Drive social inclusion and innovation in the agricultural environment through specialised training.
Implementation
The implementation of the project is based on collaboration between European institutions for the design of training pathways adapted to the needs of the agricultural sector. It includes the delivery of training activities, the development of teaching materials, coordination among partners for knowledge exchange, and the execution of working sessions aimed at validating the proposed solutions.
Expected Results
Improvement of the technical and digital skills of participating rural workers.
