Project Description
VET-Di.Ca.B is a project aimed at strengthening the digital skills of teachers, trainers and professionals in vocational education and training (VET), while fostering new partnerships and the exchange of good practices among European organisations. The project also seeks to promote a participatory debate on DigCompEdu to renew face-to-face training through the use of digital environments, thereby increasing the attractiveness of VET.
Objectives
- Facilitate the establishment of new partnerships and the exchange of practices/experiences among partners.
- Improve and strengthen the digital skills of VET trainers/teachers;
- Promote a bottom-up participatory discussion on DigCompEdu through the formulation of joint proposals for the renewal of face-to-face training by applying digital environments,
- Improve the attractiveness of the VET system.
Implementation
- Development of a partnership based on participatory discussion and peer-to-peer exchange of practices.
- Implementation of a capacity-building process characterised by participatory and relational approaches that alternate digital environments.
- Drafting/definition of a structured, common and effective methodological proposal,
- Dissemination and transferability of results through national events and a multimodal and media communication plan.
Expected Results
Facilitate dialogue and cooperation through the participation of 4 VET organisations from 4 EU countries.
Improve/strengthen the digital skills of 48–60 trainers/operators through 3 multi-activity transnational LABs.
Share/collaborate in the definition of common guidelines with tutorial videos, evaluation reports and an Ethical Code.
Disseminate/transfer results/products to approximately 160–200 intermediaries/stakeholders during 4 national workshops, in addition to other communication actions/tools.
