FAITH in YW
Facilitating Artificial Intelligence TecHnology in Youth Work
Project Description
The idea behind the FAITH project arises from a striking observation: the arrival in our societies of massive, free-to-use and accessible commercial AI. At the time of writing, there are thousands of new AI tools available online, specialised in all kinds of sectors of human activity, and this considers only those that are freely accessible. In a short time, those institutions, companies, organisations and individuals that do not use AI will face an increasingly larger competitive gap compared to actors that do. The scale of the revolution is further amplified by the enormous quantity and diversity of AI. Today, any organisational process can be improved with such tools.
Objectives
- Analyse the partners' work processes to identify which ones need the most improvement.
- Research, select and test AI tools that allow the optimisation of those processes.
- Draft a Manual on Artificial Intelligence in Youth Work with the results of the research and testing phase.
- Disseminate the results so that other organisations can benefit from them and apply AI-based solutions in their daily work.
Implementation
- Analysis of processes and determination of those that most need improvement.
- Research, analysis and selection of AI tools that can be used to significantly improve the processes identified in the previous phase.
- Testing and final drafting of the Manual.
- Dissemination of the project results. Publication and distribution of the Manual.
Expected Results
A Manual on Artificial Intelligence in Youth Work, which includes the research, tool selection and testing carried out.
A solid foundation for introducing AI solutions into the partners' organisational processes and also into other entities in the youth sector.
Greater capacity of youth workers to use new AI tools, improving work quality and reducing inefficiencies.
Dissemination of the results so that other organisations can benefit from them and apply AI in their daily work.
