Let-s make our school more international
Project Description
The project has launched a training programme of 3 seminars (55 hours each) to be held in Seville, focused on the integration of ICT in school management and educational activity. The participants will be 4 school officials in each training seminar.
Each seminar was followed by an activity in which participants experienced the best practices discussed in the seminars with their colleagues and students. The activity to be carried out will be decided with the help of tutors from Inercia Digital and SMP (minimum duration of 1 month). At the end of the activity, participants will report the benefits and problems of carrying out such tasks.
Objectives
- Improve key competences and skills regarding ICT and the learning performance of young people attending schools in the TETOVO area.
- Promote the improvement of quality, excellence in innovation and internationalisation at the level of educational institutions.
Implementation
The project “Let’s Make Our School More International” is implemented through practical training courses for Erasmus+ coordinators and school leaders, covering everything from the drafting of strategic plans to the search for partners and the submission of KA1/KA2 proposals. Hands-on workshops are developed on the curricular integration of international projects, the use of eTwinning and impact assessment, culminating in the drafting of school internationalisation policies. The practice-based approach ensures that each centre leaves with an actionable plan and tools to maintain the European dimension as a permanent axis of its educational identity.
Expected Results
Strategic internationalisation plan for each participating centre, with an approved Erasmus Plan and accreditation obtained.
Training of at least 20 teachers per centre in European project management, with successful applications submitted.
Participation of 100+ students in international activities (mobilities, eTwinning, virtual collaborations) with improved key competences.
Established network of European partner schools and visible improvement in the centre's international projection within 2 years.
