Together for Tackling Cyberbullying

Project Description

Together for Tackling Cyberbullying (TOC) is a strategic partnership lasting 24 months in the youth field, aiming to raise awareness of cyberbullying and prevent violence among young people.

TOC involves the direct target groups of youth workers and young people. Furthermore, it aims to actively engage young people as learners and as real protagonists of social change by fighting against cyberbullying.

TOC will develop a new educational methodology rooted in digital storytelling, digital skills and critical thinking, which will be complementary to one another for the first time.

Objectives

Implementation

The project is developed through a non-formal training methodology that uses game-based learning to teach digital and programming skills to young people. Implementation includes the organisation of practical workshops, the design of accessible digital educational resources and the delivery of training sessions for educators, focused on the integration of these tools in the classroom. Work is coordinated among European partners to ensure pedagogical quality and the exchange of good practices, culminating in the creation of a common digital resources platform.

Expected Results

Development of a set of innovative teaching resources aimed at teaching coding to young people.

Improvement of the technical and creative skills of participants, enhancing their employability in the digital sector.

Strengthening of the pedagogical skills of trainers in the use of coding and gamification tools.

Increase in awareness of the importance of safety and responsible use of technology among students.

Result 4... Establishment of a stable collaboration network among European entities to promote digital literacy.
