Project Description
AVED will include the development of micro-credentials on the topics: 1. Smart/hybrid work 2. e-marketing. It will be tested in 2 study visits (IT & ES – 2 days each) for improvement. Our management, implementation, and dissemination strategies are based on shared and balanced responsibilities, promoting diversity, inclusion, and green practices, and will include 1 TPM in IR and online progress meetings to ensure proper implementation and achievement of our general and specific objectives.
Objectives
- Our general objective is to adapt vocational training to labor market needs and increase the flexibility of training for SMEs and craftsmen.
- Our specific objective is to improve the competencies of SMEs and craftsmen in the digital field (smart/hybrid work and eMarketing) through structured micro-credentials, to respond to their current digitalization needs (promoting resilience in the face of current post-pandemic changes), including the partners' need to shift to digital learning.
Implementation

Expected Results
Smart/hybrid work, units: -methodology, diverse approach, green approach, paperless environment, digital tools, project management software, inclusive workplaces and environments, hybrid team management
Videoconferencing and videos/photos for e-marketing, Units: marketing tool, videoconferencing, digital photography, digital storytelling, video creation, promotional media and virtual showcase.
2 Study visits, 20 SMEs and craftsmen, 40 digital badges, 1 EU network.
