Digital Entrepreneurship Mentoring: Leaving No Disadvantaged Young Personnel Behind in the Digital Age
Project Description
The project activities are as follows: effective project management, creation of a training program for trainers in digital entrepreneurship mentoring, online training for trainers in digital entrepreneurship mentoring, establishment of a digital information hub platform, creation of a digital entrepreneurship mentoring service model, implementation of an inspiring speech series program, implementation of a digital entrepreneurship mentoring pilot practice, transnational exchange of experiences.
Objectives
- Although digital entrepreneurship offers the opportunity to conduct business more flexibly, we risk increasing socioeconomic inequality, as disadvantaged young people cannot benefit from these opportunities as much as their peers.
- The project will support disadvantaged young people in acquiring the necessary digital entrepreneurial competencies with the support of mentors, while contributing to reducing socioeconomic inequalities and helping young people become more confident global citizens adapted to the new era.
Implementation

Development of digital entrepreneurship skills among disadvantaged young people; Raising awareness and motivation of disadvantaged young people regarding digital entrepreneurship;
Acquisition of mentoring skills in the field of digital entrepreneurship by youth workers providing services to young people in public institutions and NGOs, Digitalization of mentoring tools and methods;
Digital Information Hub Platform;
Digital Entrepreneurship Mentoring Service Model; Digital Entrepreneurship Mentoring Train-the-Trainer Course.
