Project Description

The project implementation includes an opportunity analysis and the creation of a job placement platform to integrate migrants into sectors such as Industry 4.0 and Artificial Intelligence, facilitating the subcontracting of services by SMEs to social cooperatives. It includes entrepreneurship training, the development of audiovisual resources in their native languages, and mentoring throughout their integration process and the creation of cooperatives. Furthermore, the services provided will be monitored, and migrant testimonials will be collected to highlight their experiences and impact.

  1. Analysis and job placement platform for migrants in I4.0 and A.I. sectors, featuring a list of services/products that local SMEs can subcontract to social cooperatives.
  2. Entrepreneurship training for migrants
  3. Video for manufacturing products with A.I. or I 4.0 in the migrants’ native language
  4. Mentoring of the migrant integration process and creation of social cooperatives
  5. Monitoring of services provided by companies (subcontracting) to migrant social cooperatives
  6. Migrant stories

Expected Results

Videos created by migrants showing how to create a product using new technologies in the migrant's mother tongue (for example, with 3D printing, laser cutting, etc.).

Stories told by migrants about their migration, daily life, and dreams in their mother tongue with subtitles in the local language.

Job offers for migrants/subcontracting for their social enterprise, posted by local entrepreneurs on the platform
