Project Description
The main objective of the project is to increase the digital skills of youth workers and strengthen the institutional capacity of the participating organisations in the context of digitalisation. Through mutual interaction, it seeks to model the digital transformation experiences of the partners, establish specific “Digital Transformation and Education” departments and create a “Digital Transformation Guide” to serve as a reference model for other non-governmental organisations operating in the same field.
Objectives
- This project aims to increase the digital skills of workers in the youth field within both institutions and develop their institutional capacities in the context of digitalisation.
- Furthermore, the mutual modelling of digital transformation experiences as a result of the interaction between the two partners and the establishment of a “Digital Transformation and Education” department are among the objectives of this project.
Implementation
- Monthly coordination meetings to identify and confirm the responsibilities of the institutions
- “Digital transformation in civil society” workshop, dissemination activity and tree-planting event in Turkey with the participation of 8 of our project partners and 12 people from our institution
- “Module Creation Workshop”, dissemination activity and creation of the “Digital Transformation Guide” in Spain with the same participants.
Expected Results
20 youth workers will attend the workshop and the workshop on the topic of digital transformation in civil society. The data obtained from these activities will reach more youth workers through the dissemination activity. A “Digital Transformation Guide” will be created at the end of the project. This guide will serve as a manual for the Digital Transformation and Education department. Such a guide will also be a model for non-governmental organisations operating in the same field.
