SMART
Supporting dynamic MAtching for Regional developmenT
Project Description
Dynamic Match Support for Regional Development – 2012-1-ES1-LEO05-49395) was a LdV-TOI programme project that addressed the mismatch between VET supply and labour market demand, especially in the tourism sector. Its main objective was to create a model to identify the real training needs in different professional sectors, and to adapt the existing training offer to those identified needs, improving the employability of the users of these tools through personalised online training pathways. This innovative learning system was designed and implemented to better align training provision with labour market needs in Spain (Andalusia).
