BCH4VET
Developing a European learning outcome-oriented VET programme and educational resources on Blockchain to address technical, non-technical and cross-discipline (horizontal) skills requirements
Project Description
BCH4VET is an innovative project under the Erasmus+ programme that seeks to integrate cutting-edge technologies, such as Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI), into the field of vocational education and training (VET). Its objective is to bridge the gap between academic training and the real demands of the labour market through the development of teaching materials, an AI-based assessment platform and a gamified e-learning system. Furthermore, the project addresses cross-cutting themes such as gender equality in ICT, sustainability (carbon footprint) and the green transition.
Objectives
- Innovative teaching materials in the field of Blockchain will be developed in order to contribute to solving the problem of labour incompatibility, which is one of the major issues in VET.
- The content of the teaching materials will be developed around the concepts of climate change, carbon footprint, the Green EU and gender equality in ICT.
- With our project, it is expected that qualified students will be trained in Blockchain, making a positive contribution to the labour force through certifications.
Implementation
- Project management
